We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants and Medical Social Workers to assist us in providing quality care to terminally ill patients and their families. Past hospice or home care experience is a plus. Hospice For All Seasons provides an extensive orientation and training program so our team can provide the highest quality end-of-life care in the following counties: Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder and York Counties.

Requirements:

Ability to travel throughout a multi-county service area
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent EMR documentation
Current Pennsylvania driver's license
Valid/current automobile insurance
Access to a dependable vehicle
Willingness to drive-in all-weather conditions
