We are currently seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses, to assist us in providing quality care to terminally ill patients and their families. Past hospice or home care experience is a plus. Hospice For All Seasons provides an extensive orientation and training program so our team can provide the highest quality end-of-life care in the following counties: Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder and York Counties.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania 
  • Certified Nursing Certification for Pennslyvania
  • Ability to travel throughout a multi-county service area
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent assessment and documentation skills including EMR
  • Current Pennsylvania driver's license
  • Valid/current auotmobile insurance 
  • Access to a dependable vehicle
  • Willingness to drive in all weather conditions
